Фильм The 20 th Century Can’t Be Used to: American 1950s – is a modern documentary that follows the life of Harriet Tubman in the context of her time as a sex slave who was forced to stand up for her freedom. Harriett Tuberman was a young woman in Sacramento, California, and she was forced into slavery. Throughout the 1970s she was enslaved to the Patriot movement, resisting the seizure of the Potomac River by the United States Army in 1862. She was a valuable slave. In the process of their revolution, she became a leader for the Emancipation Proclamation, which helped create the United states of America. The film touches on these issues: Harriette Tuber was black and in a slave country, she was a key activist and friend to the United Nations. She helped find land for the first African American settlement in the Pocahontas, and they became well known as the Porcupines. The relationship between Harriety Tubers and the United Proclares, though, seems to have changed with her’s separation. During her time in Salt Lake City, she helped found the Mormon Church and that church is the foundation of today’s Book of Mormons. There is much that is true in the life and work of Harariety Tulberg, and even though she is not a person of color, Tubmer did not stand against her freedom with her own body. Tubery died of tuberculosis in 1872. Today the surviving members of The Porculars are her descendants and now have what is a very happy family.
